Los Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS, 2013) definen la modelizaci\u00f3n como una pr\u00e1ctica en la que se construyen, eval\u00faan, revisan y utilizan modelos para explicar y predecir fen\u00f3menos. Los est\u00e1ndares educativos europeos, como el curr\u00edculo alem\u00e1n de biolog\u00eda para secundaria, tambi\u00e9n enfatizan la importancia de la modelizaci\u00f3n y su uso en la ense\u00f1anza.  <\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h4 data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"1102\"><strong>Qu\u00e9 es el aprendizaje basado en la modelizaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"1102\">El aprendizaje basado en la modelizaci\u00f3n (MbL, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) permite a los estudiantes desarrollar ideas cient\u00edficas, utilizar m\u00faltiples representaciones y construir sus propias explicaciones. Fomenta tanto el conocimiento del contenido cient\u00edfico como competencias como el razonamiento cient\u00edfico y la comprensi\u00f3n de la naturaleza de la ciencia. A pesar de estos beneficios, el MbL rara vez se utiliza en la pr\u00e1ctica, ya que los docentes necesitan materiales espec\u00edficos, orientaciones y desarrollo profesional.  <\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h4 data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1233\"><strong>Acerca del Proyecto EMPOWER<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1233\">El proyecto EMPOWER tiene como objetivo promover el MbL en toda Europa proporcionando informaci\u00f3n sobre lel MbL, m\u00f3dulos de autoaprendizaje para docentes y materiales did\u00e1cticos para diferentes tipos de escuelas, cursos y asignaturas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1233\">El proyecto tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de tres a\u00f1os, desde septiembre de 2025 hasta agosto de 2028.<\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h4 data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1233\"><strong>Nuestras actividades clave<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"119\" data-end=\"559\">A partir de un an\u00e1lisis de los requisitos actuales de MbL en los curr\u00edculos escolares de diferentes pa\u00edses, as\u00ed como de la literatura acad\u00e9mica pertinente, nuestro objetivo inicial es desarrollar un conjunto de m\u00f3dulos de autoaprendizaje para docentes. Estos m\u00f3dulos se centran en aspectos espec\u00edficos de MbL y est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para apoyar a los docentes en su desarrollo profesional y formaci\u00f3n continua de forma independiente. Los m\u00f3dulos estar\u00e1n disponibles en varios idiomas.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"1047\">Adem\u00e1s, encuestaremos a diversos grupos de inter\u00e9s para evaluar las necesidades existentes en relaci\u00f3n con el MbL. Con base en estos hallazgos, colaboraremos con el profesorado para desarrollar diversos materiales did\u00e1cticos para diferentes tipos de escuelas, cursos y asignaturas. Asimismo, se ofrecer\u00e1n talleres donde se presentar\u00e1n, probar\u00e1n y desarrollar\u00e1n los m\u00f3dulos y materiales, a la vez que se brindar\u00e1n oportunidades para establecer contactos entre profesorado de diferentes paises.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1076\">Las actividades clave incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1679\">\n<li data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1224\">\n<p data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1224\">Desarrollar un marco te\u00f3rico para el aprendizaje basado en la modelizaci\u00f3n (MbL) que incorpore avances recientes como la modelizaci\u00f3n digital y la inteligencia artificial.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1380\">\n<p data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1380\">Ofrecer cursos de aprendizaje en l\u00ednea modulares y a su propio ritmo para que el profesorado desarrolle competencias en la implementaci\u00f3n del MbL y el uso de herramientas digitales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1380\">\n<p data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1380\">Cocrear unidades de aprendizaje de MbL espec\u00edficas para cada edad y tema con el profesorado de diferentes cursos, asignaturas y tipos de centros educativos, integrando herramientas digitales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1679\">\n<p data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1679\">Organizar seminarios web, formatos de formaci\u00f3n h\u00edbridos y una red transnacional para fomentar el intercambio y generar confianza en entornos de aprendizaje virtuales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h4 data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"2148\"><strong>Comprometidos con la Inclusi\u00f3n y la Diversidad<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"2148\">Se hace especial hincapi\u00e9 en la inclusi\u00f3n y la diversidad: los materiales son multiling\u00fces (en ingl\u00e9s, alem\u00e1n, espa\u00f1ol, neerland\u00e9s y griego), adaptables y tienen en cuenta las diferentes necesidades de aprendizaje, or\u00edgenes y capacidades. Mediante el desarrollo participativo, se integran pr\u00e1cticas docentes inclusivas y culturalmente receptivas.
